I cannot say enough good things about this company.
From my very first phone call a few months ago through to the day my cats’ ashes were delivered to my door, both David and Joanne stayed in constant communication with me. They walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I always had the information I needed.
They turned what felt like an overwhelming task—shipping my pets’ ashes from the UK to the USA after I had already moved—into a process that was easy to navigate and understand. Everything arrived safely and on time, and the handoff from Speedlink to USPS was completely seamless.

Courteous and professional. I’m very thankful for all their help in getting my grandmother’s ashes to Hungary! It was a stressful situation for me as I had to coordinate everything from America but they really went above and beyond to help me through the process and handle everything on their end from collection, repacking, and even hand delivering my grandmother’s ashes to my family in Hungary. They have really put my mind at ease and I can finally feel a sense of relief that my grandmother’s final wishes have finally been fulfilled.

David at SpeedLink was a huge help with shipping a loved one’s ashes between countries. From my original enquiry right through to the delivery of the ashes, David was thoughtful, sensitive, and quick to respond. When there was a delay at the other end that had nothing to do with SpeedLink, he even volunteered to phone the other party to help sort it out. He had no real reason to do that except that he was kind and trying to help everything go more smoothly.
On the day of delivery, I received a text message about an hour before with an ‘estimated’ time of arrival. The parcel arrived at exactly that time, down to the minute.
I’m leaving this review without my real details, because I’m not keen on having my purchasing history profiled by Trustpilot. I hope that Trustpilot will leave it in place nonetheless, because I think SpeedLink deserves some public recognition for a job well done — thank you!

Highly recommend. Having checked out all the (very few) couriers that specialise in transporting ashes, Speedlink sounded the most professional. Having employed them to carry my mum’s precious ashes across the country, we are very pleased with our choice. They were very efficient, picked up her ashes in the morning, kept us informed of their progress throughout the day and a very courteous man delivered them 5 hours later with a big smile. Very happy with their service.

Highly recommended! Due to the coronavirus pandemic and travel restrictions imposed, I was unable to collect the ashes of my father from the funeral home in England for the past 4 months.
